System Configuration

1. Go to System Administrator -> Configuration -> System -> System Configuration.

2. It is recommended to use the binoculars icon or Ctrl + F. Look for the Field in the following chart, make sure you have the Setting with the correct value, and click on save.

Allows error tickets to be printed. Document Setup can be used to print tickets on error. This can be any letter other than A must match in Document Setup.
